Switching to a new version format this release. 

- Fixed fillitems command causing a crash [Server]
- Fixed some crashes
- Fixed some character encoding issues
- Fixed a mining exploit (here we go again)
- Fixed cryofluid mixers sometimes not accepting water
- Fixed build menu occasionally getting stuck while toggling
- Fixed items not appearing in lists of requirements in descriptions
- Increased mass driver range, decreased cost
- Increased phase conveyor range, decreased power use
- Removed junction item 'voiding'
- Removed default 'player' name, players must now pick a name before joining a server
- Nerfed arc turret
- Added section for optional items or liquids in block descriptions [incomplete]
- Added all contributors to 'credits' dialog
